The following meets/events have been selected by coaches from Tateswim and the Malvern Academy of Swimming. Swimmers are advised to consult with their coach regarding which meets to enter.

This form is also available from swimmingvictoria.org.au (see events/resources). Please note that credit card payment is not accepted by some meet hosts.
Reminder: Your registration number is the first 3 letters of your surname, the first 2 letters of your first name, followed by your date of birth (in 6 digit format). For instance, Matthew Smith, born on January 15, 1999, would have a registration number as follows: 'SMIMA150199'.
